Mechanical Traction
Mechanical traction is a gentle therapy utilized to stretch the spinal joints with the goal of increasing range of motion and mobility. Specialized traction tables are utilized to generate passive motion throughout the spine. The rollers gently give traction to the individual vertebra and massage the surrounding tissue, all in order to achieve reduced pain and increased range of motion
Ultrasound
Chiropractic ultrasound can be used to reduce muscle pain as well as decrease swelling and inflammation, increase circulation, and reduce stiffness. Ultrasound therapy is a painless procedure used in treating a wide range of conditions including fibromyalgia, arthritis, and muscle and ligament sprains/strains. By using high frequency sound waves, a gentle heat is generated to penetrate deep into injured tissue, providing and alternative to addictive medications to manage pain.
Rehabilitation Exercises

Some of our exercises include core training/strengthening, various stretching techniques (PIR, PNF, Isometric, Passive), resistance bands, weights, and body weight exercises. EMS Treatment
EMS, or electrical muscle stimulation, is used to relieve discomfort caused by tight muscles and spasms. By stimulating the peripheral nerves, the electrical impulses work to help reduce swelling, relieve pain, and strengthen weak muscles. EMS is a relatively painless treatment, the sensation often described a tingling or prickly. Treatment will be performed under supervision of our trained and licensed staff.
